Yes, we are currently taking new patients. As healthcare providers we would find it difficult to turn away anyone who needs our service. Due to our integrated approach, many patients come to us after they have been unsuccessful with conventional forms of rehabilitation. We look forward to helping our local residents.

Yes, we take walk-in or same day appointments for chiropractic visits. The office keeps certain slots free for this specific reason, but due to our busy schedule, we advise that a patient call before walking in.

This will offer the patient an opportunity to review policy and procedures, as well as have our new patient paperwork emailed to them prior to their visit. We believe in respecting our patients’ time and that is why we work diligently to make your experience as seamless as possible.

Once a patient has filled out the necessary paperwork, our patient care coordinator will answer any non-related clinical questions. We are an integrated facility and depending on the nature of the patient’s issue, the initial evaluation will be conducted by one of our trained professionals.

That could mean a chiropractor, physical therapist, or possibly a combination of more than one of these.

Initial evaluations consist of a complete health history, examination of the area of chief complaint, and treatment.   Initial evaluations take 45-60 minutes.

We accept a number of different insurances. Due to the complexity and breadth of health insurance options, we request that a patient calls the office with their basic information prior to their first visit.

This will allow our patient care coordinator a chance to pre-verify your insurance benefits prior to your first visit. Doing so will give you peace of mind as to the level of coverage, and whether there is any patient responsibility.

Follow up appointments on average are about 30 minutes. If you are scheduled to see more than one provider your time in the office could vary. All patients are given a treatment program after their initial visit which outlines their phases of care.

During this review you will be told how long each visit will take, and when you will receive your re-examination. We pride ourselves on maintaining a consistent treatment schedule and running on time.

Cost of care is variable depending on your health insurance coverage, and services needed/requested. We advise that all potential new patients call with their insurance information.

This will give the staff at CSC an opportunity to review your insurance coverage prior to your first visit. You will be informed as to any patient responsibility prior to your visit.
